If you sell through Walmart, Target, Home Depot and 5+ major retailers, its 2,300+ retailer syndication network puts your UGC on product pages you don't control — that's the moat, and nothing Shopify-native matches it. Pricing is custom, enterprise-only (benchmarked ~$184K/yr average contract; syndication-only deals from ~$6.5K/yr), so this is a six-figure line item, not an app install. The trade-offs are consistently reported: a dated UI, complex setup, and 12-month auto-renew contracts operators find hard to exit — one G2 reviewer called it 'one of the worst vendor experiences' over an auto-renew dispute.
