Its in-email review collection is genuinely best-in-class, support sentiment is strong, and the retention-stack integrations (Klaviyo, Attentive, Gorgias, Recharge, Postscript) are deep. Pricing is order-volume based: Reviews $199/mo, full suite $798/mo (verified 2026-04). The honest caveats: operators report a glitchy UI and automation editor, a product that can feel static, and slow ticket-based support with no live chat. The free plan was removed in 2025, so the entry bar rose. Pick Stamped if you're a growth-stage Shopify brand that wants reviews and loyalty in one tool and Yotpo's price is too steep.
